His name is Evan Dresler, an aquarium worker Sea Life Aquarium in Tempe. He gave his girlfriend a surprise with an underwater marriage proposal when he asked the question from inside a shark tank.
He enlisted the help of colleagues at the facility to have his girlfriend, Jessica, brought to the tank where sharks and eels are kept so he could surprise her by unfolding a sign with his marriage proposal.
“Of all the fish in the sea, you are the only one for me. Jessica, will you marry me?” the sign read.
Jessica enthusiastically accepted the proposal,

HAHAHAHA, THIS IS A PROPSAL GONE WRONG. MIINE WAS QUITE DIFFERENT. MY HUSBAND WAS NOT A VERY SOCIAL PERSON SO HE TOLD AHEAD OF TIME THAT HE'S GOING TO BUY A RING AND HE'S GOING TO PROPOSE TO ME ON SATURDAY.
I TOLD HIM I WANT IT TO HAPPEN IN A GOOD RESTUARNT AN DHE TOOK ME TO TANTALIZER AND GAVE ME A RING WITHOUT ANY SURPRISES.
IT WAS LOVELY... I MEAN LOOKING BACK NOW.
He proposed to me through a friend in my office. Can you beat that. It was something else. My colleague walked up to me and with a nice diamond ring and she said there's a customer waiting for me. He asked me to giv u this ring. I was shocked cos I only have one boyfriend and we've never said anything about getting married.
I was eager to see the imposter sought of man so I fiinish attending to the customer and lo and behold he was standing there at the entrance of the boutique. He went down on one knee and everyone clapped.

You won't believe my husby propose to me in my father's presence. Well, that's what you get when you are engage to a pastor.
He had been talking to my father for sometime and then one day he told me he's coming to see my father. I kind of suspect what is coming, but I didn't expect him to do it in my father's presence.
