Following the tragic death of Ronke Shonde, more and more women are lending their voices on domestic violence and here is another one from a woman of God, Pastor (Mrs) Adeleke.
She shared the post on a Whatsapp group where people were talking about domestic violence victim, Ronke Shonde.
I kind of agree with her... "Yes, No Marriage Is Worth Dying For... You Can Fight For Your Marriage, But Don't Die Because of It!!! Period!" - My thought!

Abi o please tell them
This woman of God just said it all and yes Tessy she's absolutely right. No marriage is worth dying for my sister. Not even mine
Truth, but to be honest with you it's not that easy. There are many reasons why I will advice a woman not to leave her home. One, cos of her children. Two, cos what God has join together it's for better for worse. Three, are we encouraging divorce. Four, with these message of you leaving your home cos a man slaps you, all these young girls will see it as an excuse to leave their home. We must not encourage that or else we will have so many broken homes that we may not be able to cope with. In fact, last but not the least, we must not encourage broken homes cos of the future of our children.

"Mummy Adeleke" thank you for that message. Its a message for now
Hmnnnnn.... I showed my husband this message and guess what he said. He said he's so sure the woman that wrote this is not with her husband just lik Mbong Amata who said similar thing.
Like what esle did we expect the men to say
Omo, the way these domestic violence is going may we not suffer more economic depression
Hi Tessy, I have a story too, don't know how to share
Dear women\men, this message is for you. I hope we will listen to these voice of wisdom. Lots of men/women are going through EMOTIONAL VOILENCE!!! simply because you are failing or failed to do what you are expected to do. Lots of men/women have lost their confidence because of this.
Say No to domestic violence.
My point exactly,very correct.
Women r dying in silents, some bcos of traditions they can NT talk rudely to d man. My question is:how long can u(woman)carry on?
So everything now na man dey at fault? Did the lady also do what she is expected to do in her marriage?..hold it pls. In some cases men can be at fault but not in all cases. If you look deeply there is something wrong you have done or still doing that made the man act in that manner. Abuse on a woman isn't right BUT not everything should be blamed on the man. Sometimes you yourself are the one at fault.
You have to be a fellow CITY OF DAVID member , loved the war room movie they showed at church on Sunday , it's a must see movie, noticed a lot of women crying at church while watching , emotional negligence by husbands is real
This is my first time of commenting on your blog, Tessy and that's becos I can so relate to this. Thanks for sharing it outside ur whatsapp
Yess oooo. Mummy Adeleke is on Point.
