Trust me, this was not staged, it's not Nollywood and it didn't happen outside the country. They are Nigerians and what you saw in the photo was for real.
That pretty lady actually went on one knee before that guy, with smiles on her face, in the presence of happy friends and family, with a ring in her hand and asked the same question many guys had asked before her, "will you marry me?"
The question is: Can a Lady propose Marriage to a Guy? What is exactly wrong with the idea of a lady asking a guy to marry him? Is it your place, as a lady, to ask a guy to marry you?

To be honest with you, there's no scenerio where a girl should go on one knee and open her mouth to ask a guy to marry her. I found this to believe this actually happen. and the girl dey smile self.

The guy will never take her serious. I give their marriage at least 2 years and she will hear the shock of her life when the guy will look her in the face and said he didn't propose to him... she did!!!!
