You'll cry reading these tweets from a young man who lost his wife and their unborn child during childbirth. I wept and am still weeping! His tweets are sad and could mess up your day. The man pictured above with his late wife took to twitter this morning to share about 15 tweets of how his wife died holding his hands, bleed and smiling in pain.
May her soul rest in peace! I understand this is not something we do regularly on Tessy Nkennor's Blog, but please, in honor of his late wife read his tweets after the cut...
Please remember to read from bottom to up...

Oh my Goodness Gracious Lord Almighty ...
rest in peace remi close to tears now i dont know why good people have to go like this it just goes to show how precious these little time we have on earth is, it could be anyone's turn tomorrow
My goodness! This was heartbreaking to read! May God console you!
No woman should die during child birth. It is abominable. Pregnancy is not a disease neither is it a terminal disease. Women die due to negligence of our doctors.
Now Remi is gone. This is just damn too sad. My consolation goes to her broken husband and the entire family. Only God can console them for this is tooo sad. He didn't mention the name of the hospital and their location.
We honestly need to start boycotting all negligent hospitals who kill our young mothers during childbirth. Maybe they will all sit up.
How can a woman die just like that? Wasn't she being monitored and the baby too. The baby boy also died. My God this is too painful! Both the basket and water thrown away.
Only God can console this man. I almost during childbirth of my 1st baby 9 years ago at Ayinke house Ikeja. Only God said it wasn't yet time. All due to the negligence of the delivery team.
God help us oooo. Men must insist and shout the roof down if they have to when it comes to taking decisions during delivery. It's a life or death situation when things go awry.
She was already weak. Baby was weak yet they induced her. Too sad oooo

Really sad. Am so thankful am able to live and have both my kids in america. All this private hospitals in Nigeria use people as experiment. I beg all the pregnant ladies in the house. If u can't afford to go out side the country to have ur kids, please go to general hospitals. I know the nurses are rude. But, you get care from experience dr
May her soul rest in peace. Thank God for my life dis almost happened to me. At gwarimpa gen hospital d scan said my baby was 3.8kg which is big I told d doctors we shd go for cs based on my brother's advise since he is also a doc. But dey said no that I shd push, they induced me hmmmm it wasn't an easy labour. At d end my baby came out abd had to go to neonatal while I was bleeding but I thank God I made it after transfusion. Pls never advise any pregnant woman you knw to be "induced". Its too much stress on d baby and d mum bcos she will end up bleeding. I'm so sorry for this loss.
Some doctors/ hospitals should be charged for man slaughter so that the rest can learn. What is our medical system deteriorating to? Can't believe I'm crying. I don't even know these people. * wipes tears* may her soul RIP and May the Holy Spirit be your special comforter.
I'm so heart broken. God please in your mercy grant her eternal rest in your bossom and please give the family esp. the husband the heart to bear this great loss.
Such a sad tale. My heart bleeds when I hear that a woman died during childbirth. Pregnancy is such a beautiful thing that it should not end in tears. The science of pregnancy has been mastered to a point that there a very few reasons why a woman should ever die during pregnancy, and juju is not one of them.
It is sad that Nigerian women still approach and go through pregnancy with so much trepidation and uncertainty where in other parts of the world, women plan every bit of their pregnancy and delivery.
The problem is multifaceted, but at the center of it is a poor health system with health workers who are constrained to work under conditions that make delivery of the right care at the right time difficult.
Until the government sees humans as its greatest asset and not oil, it is difficult to imagine any improvement in the nearest future. Healthcare is involved and needs government support and oversight on many fronts, including policy making and accountability.
O dear Jesus, what words do i have to console this man...NONE! Please dear Lord, hold him for me and heal his broken heart and spirit for only your Name's sake.Amen.
Accept my condolence brother..It is well. The Lord will comfort you on everyside. The Lord will wipe away your tears.
